Image Loading issue in Snapgram project

Hello community, I have a issue with the Image Loading

I made a Project from youtube of Snapgram, it worked perfectly 8 months ago, but now the images aren't loading, profile pictures, posts, everything is blank. What's the issue and how to solve that issue ?

Below error comes when i open images in new tab : {"message":"Image transformations are blocked on your current plan. Please upgrade to a higher plan. ","code":403,"type":"storage_image_transformations_blocked","version":"1.7.4"}
