selfhost install fail on version 1.7.4

After a fresh install, I create an account and while it attempts to send me the on boarding to onboard my first organization I get an error of 500 and not allowed to go to any other page
I’ve installed appwrite self hosted plenty of times with past versions and I’ve never had this issue
I have replaced my domain name in the screenshots and logs, but in the original logs and screenshots my domain is there 
TL;DR
Fresh install of Appwrite self-hosting on version 1.7.4 fails with a 500 error during onboarding. Developer has followed the installation process successfully in the past with earlier versions.
