Can not create relationship attribute the collections not listed in t collection select in 1.7.4 but work in cloud version

Summary

A bug prevents developers from creating relationship attributes in the current version (1.7.4), but it should be fixed in the next update. In the meantime, developers can utilize the SDK or Appwrite CLI for creating these attributes.

You can create using SDK and i think you can also create using the Appwrite CLI

anyway, this is a known bug, probably be fixed in the next update
