Subscription Charge
How can I get in contact with Appwrite? I cancelled my subscription but they still charged me after my cancelation.
Create a support ticket via the Appwrite Console or reply to the email that was sent to you with your invoice

I'm the Appwrite Console there is a Support button at the top of the page
It only has discord, github, or a payed support feature
Yes, support is only available to pro and above plans.
What's one of your project IDs?
I cancelled my subscription though, so how could I access support. I also deleted my projects just to make sure I didn't get charged for anything
