Dev keys

Is the dev keys feature is 100% rolled out? I can't see this option in my overview page.

TL;DR

The dev keys feature has not been fully rolled out to the cloud yet. It is expected to be available in the 1.7.x release.

afaik none of these changes are rolled out to cloud. They would be in the 1.7.x release.
