Unable to upgrade to PRO plan

After entering card details and attempting to change the tariff plan, the following error appears:

The provided mandate has a different payment method than the one provided on the PaymentIntent.

Developers cannot upgrade to the PRO plan due to a payment error where the provided mandate has a different payment method than the one on the PaymentIntent. To resolve this issue, create a support ticket through the console for assistance with billing-related problems.

yes i am on free plan, but i got 50 credit, and now I had access to support tickets
