My organization deleted, how?? - Threads - Appwrite

Getting error mesasges and I can't find my organization.

TL;DR

Organization was accidentally deleted due to changes by Appwrite. Issue resolved and organization is now live.

Solved now it is live, maybe appwrite was making chnages
