Scheduled Functions not executing

I've experienced a few times recently scheduled Executions not executing. See screenshot. I'm not sure how to start going about troubleshooting this. Other scheduled Executions are executing.

(Appwrite v1.6.0)

TL;DR
Scheduled functions are not executing as expected for some developers using Appwrite v1.6.0. Assistance is needed to troubleshoot the issue.
