console page loading forever

is it just me stuck at this page? can't get into the console. tried clear the cache; incognitive mode; change to another browser. same.

could it be a cloudflare cache that stores some expired website static js files that is still serving on some networks?

okay i found the cause. the js files responses html files instead for me (pic 1)? when switching to vpn (pic 2), it will become normal. really strange...

what issue could this be?
