Requesting Refund – No Response Yet from Support

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to follow up regarding a refund request I submitted a while ago.
I was accidentally charged for the Pro plan after my free trial ended — I forgot to cancel it in time. I reached out via email on 04/04/2025, but I haven’t received any response yet.
Could someone from the team please check on this for me? I’ve already canceled the subscription, and I’d really appreciate any help with the refund process 🙏
