I hope you're doing well. I wanted to follow up regarding a refund request I submitted a while ago.

I was accidentally charged for the Pro plan after my free trial ended โ€” I forgot to cancel it in time. I reached out via email on 04/04/2025, but I havenโ€™t received any response yet.

Could someone from the team please check on this for me? Iโ€™ve already canceled the subscription, and Iโ€™d really appreciate any help with the refund process ๐Ÿ™
