Appwrite Website loading longer Thun usual

Since last month some collections in my database are taking mutch longer to load than usual. It takes up to 20 seconds and sometimes it fails completely.

TL;DR
Appwrite website experiencing slow loading times for database collections. Issue possibly related to usage of relationships causing delays. Consider optimizing database queries.
