Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue when trying to access Appwrite resources both via the Node.js SDK and directly through the Appwrite console. Specifically, when I attempt to use features like "auth", "databases", or similar services via the Cloud or the API, I receive the following error message:
401 Access to this resource is blocked.
This issue occurs consistently in both scenarios (SDK and console) and is severely impacting my production app. My users are unable to access the app, and we are incurring significant financial losses as a result.
Please assist me in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. It is urgent for us to restore full functionality to our app.
