Python ML 3.11 is not longer available when i want to create new function? Cloud shows 1.6.1 on release notes for 1.6.1-RC1 i don't see any news related to python support?

Python ML 3.11 is not showing up when trying to create a new function, as only version 1.6.1 is available. The release notes for 1.6.1-RC1 do not mention any updates regarding Python support.
