TL;DR
Developers experiencing card declines while trying to make a purchase, even though they have made international purchases before. Check with the bank if international transactions are enabled, as some banks require it to be manually enabled. Make sure to verify if the card is set for Debit or Credit transactions. If the issue persists, contact the bank or visit a branch for further assistance.I was trying to claim $60 in credits, but my card keeps getting declined repeatedly.

Check on the bank side/site as well. Some banks explicitly require Intl Transactions enabled.

Kinda. I dont remember which banks but some indeed have this disabled by default. not sure if it was SBI 🤔

I’ve been shopping internationally for years, including in Canada and the US, and I also have a premium subscription for Adobe.
