payment failed
I have an issue regarding my payment. I'm using the same debit card for other online subscription but not sure whats the cause of the error.
TL;DR
Developer had an issue creating a ticket, but resolved it by filling in the Name field. They are unsure of the ticket number and are experiencing payment problems using a specific debit card. Possible solution: Check network logs using browser developer tools to identify the error in creating a ticket.
Did you create a support ticket via the Appwrite Console?

by the sir, after putting in my profile Name field, it now works. so creating ticket successful but I don't know the ticket number
