Cloud credits are seperated from monthly plan fees right?

I received a mail saying that I got some free cloud credits to experience, anybody knows whether it applies for monthly plan fee or not?

TL;DR
Developers asking if free cloud credits received are separate from monthly plan fees. The cloud credits are additional and do not apply to the monthly plan fees.
