Can I restore data after docker-compose up -d?

TL;DR
Developers asking for help to restore data after running 'docker-compose up -d' command which caused Appwrite to not open. They fear data loss and hope for a solution to recover it. Recommendation given to regularly backup data.

As far as I know that command should just rebuild the containers. What's the issue you're facing?

I see. I think something went wrong while rebuilding the containers for the first time. Just curious, what were you trying to do by running it?

Also, a small recommendation: do backups 😅
