Appwrite AI assistant Search index not initialized

I just started tinkering with the AI assistant and this is what I see, any thing I am missing?

TL;DR

The Search index for the Appwrite AI assistant is not initialized. Make sure OpenAI env variables are set for self-hosted deployment.
