Getting pending response only on creating collection.

User created a new account and attempted to create a collection. The collection creation appeared to be successful, but the main account is still pending. Hovering over the collection shows a 500 error. User has refreshed the website multiple times, but the issue persists after 5 minutes. Solution: None mentioned.
