I have my project still over there and I can access that using the credentials provided while creating a project.

I have one project named as code-room and I created a storage bucket in that, I can push my images so how can my account will be deleted.

Thats probably your project user, not your console user

I created the code-room project in October so how it got deleted in June

If my account got deleted then why I am not able to create my new account with this email id.

We don't fully delete them for security reasons
