Just to explain, with screen, this ticket

Summary

The user is reporting that the inner contents of two groups seem to be the same. They checked the source code but couldn't find anything to quickly make a pull request. They are concerned because when selecting 'Server>Rest' on the 'rest.users API', nothing is shown. They suspect that the groups are duplicated and ask for someone to check it. In addition, they mention a related ticket with more details.

I think the groups are duplicated.

I check rapidly on source code but didn't find something I can quickly PR. It scary me cause on rest.users API, when select Server>Rest it show nothing. So I thinks that you remove it on 1.4.x xD
