I've been waiting for past 2-3 hours

TL;DR

The user is experiencing an issue where the collection attributes are not getting updated. They have tried deleting and recreating the collection but it still says 'processing'. The user also mentions that the cloud server seems to be down. No solution is mentioned in the thread.
