You can't on cloud. Just wait
Ohhhhh, taught he was using self hosted
@Steven After this, open the link can not open the app on ios anymore. I already set up Universal link
What are you doing?
send an invitation to an email and then click on the link in email to open the app
Like I said before, that link is supposed to be a link to your app, not Appwrite
But I need to set up the web platform in order to be able to send out the URL?
Yes so that's it's allowed
yes and now click on the link it doesn't open the app but a webpage instaed
What is the domain pointed at?
so I set up my web platform : abc.domain.com
universalink to my app is abc.domain.com
and the url to team Invite is also abc.domain.com
What is your domain pointed at?
just a blank page where I set up that sub domain
hmm, now when I open the domain it redirect to abc.domain.com/login with appwrite UI but I can not login
So you see this when you click on the link?
That means you domain is pointed at Appwrite. In addition, your universal link isn't working
it was working before I set up the web platform
Share more details if you want more help
is it right when the domain is automatically redirect to login page?
It should be YOUR app, so is that how you built YOUR app?
I'm using cloud
The URL you put for the create member API call should be a url for YOUR app
The link in the email should be for YOUR app
ok. I think i messed up something when I set up the custom domain. I'll do some fix to see if it works thanks so much for your support
@Steven I confirm that the issue was because of I set the custom domain and point that domain DNS to appwrite before. Now that I remove all DNS record., things work fine. Thanks for your support
