What could cause the internal server error in Appwrite cloud when navigate to the project databases? I had only created the project but never any databases and collections earlier. Attached is a screenshot of what is happening in my cloud console. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Alright. Thank you. It's up and running
STILL NOT RUNNING!!!
Could be the maintenance: https://status.appwrite.io/ Please keep in mind that fixes that aren't maintenance related can take a while to propagate across all projects
