[SOLVED] High charges on swag due to Custom duty

Hi team, we received a communication from the FedEx team regarding custom duty. It shows a heavy custom duty levied on the swag being shipped. Please look into the matter. It would be very difficult to pay more than 6K INR for collecting the swag.
