I don't have any problems here, the difference is in the server's resources, which are twice as much as the ones I'm facing with "Server Error".
It could be that if some server has no resources left then it won't be able to handle the requests.
But your server is 4gb ram
That should hold
Next time it crashes try to run
htop
# and
docker stats
To check which resources uses all your ram and cpu.
This for basics requests..
