[SOLVED] Suddenly the app stopped working

TL;DR

User experienced an issue with an app suddenly stopping. They restarted the server and reinstalled the app, which resolved the problem.

tried to recreate everything with yml, same outcome, strange behavior. Everything worked for two weeks prior this.
