Native databases launched in Frankfurt and New York. As of today they are available in all six Appwrite Cloud regions: Frankfurt (fra), New York (nyc), San Francisco (sfo), Singapore (sgp), Sydney (syd), and Toronto (tor).
That covers native PostgreSQL, native MySQL, and dedicated compute for TablesDB, DocumentsDB, and VectorsDB. A database takes the region of the project that owns it, and its storage, backups, and replicas stay in that region. Specifications, pricing, and plan requirements are the same everywhere.
Open Databases in any project and click Create database to provision one.
