Need a Fastly domain-delegation TXT for concuror.com (and www). Appwrite rule retry cannot finish TLS.
Project: 6917c64f002b067cb13a (Pearba, NYC)
Site: concuror-web
Preview (works): https://6aa1c1b2079eb5545834.appwrite.network
x-appwrite-project-id: 6917c64f002b067cb13a
x-appwrite-deployment-id: 6aa1c1b1bbfce4178db6
Custom domains (both stuck in verifying, cert issuance looping):
- concuror.com — rule 0d50db57f5506f02782ba26c6aeb98da
- www.concuror.com — rule 3d9400920e579a4d412102630854b880
DNS is already on Appwrite:
- NS: ns1.appwrite.zone / ns2.appwrite.zone
- Apex A: Fastly 151.101.3.52 / 67.52 / 131.52 / 195.52
- CAA: 0 issue "certainly.com"
- www CNAME: appwrite.network
HTTPS still serves Fastly’s default cert, not ours:
- CN=t.sni-820-default.ssl.fastly.net (Certainly)
- Browser: SAN does not match concuror.com
- HTTP: 500 Domain Not Found / Fastly unknown domain
History: these hostnames were on Firebase Hosting site concuror-static. That custom domain was removed 11 Sep 2026. Firebase and Appwrite Sites both sit on Fastly, so Fastly still treats the names as owned by another customer. Changing NS / CAA / retrying the Appwrite rule does not clear that.
Already tried (did not help):
- NS delegated to Appwrite
- CAA certainly.com
- Firebase custom domain removed
- appwrite proxy update-rule-status on the apex rule
- Rule logs still: “Processing SSL certificate issuance” then “Still waiting…” for hours
Please send the Fastly ownership records so we can publish them on Appwrite DNS (NS is already yours):
- TXT at concuror.com: fastly-domain-delegation-…
- and/or CNAME _acme-challenge.concuror.com → *.fastly-validations.com
- same for www if Fastly needs it separately
Once those are in DNS, please retry cert issuance on both rules. Happy to add the records as soon as you have the tokens.
