Hi, I’m stuck on the Free plan and cannot recover the project myself.
Plan: Free
Storage: 4.58 GB / 2 GB
The Console is locked because the org is over the storage limit. I also cannot open the project to delete anything. The API returns project_paused (“Project is paused due to inactivity”) for every call, including DELETE on functions/deployments.
This app is a small personal finance dashboard. It does not use Appwrite file Storage / buckets at all — only Auth + a few encrypted database documents (likely a few MB at most). The 4.58 GB almost certainly comes from Function/Sites build + deployment artifacts, which started counting toward the quota on 1 September 2026.
I cannot:
restore the paused project
open Functions / Sites in the Console
delete old deployments via API
Could someone from the team please either delete the unused deployments or recalculate/reset the storage usage so I can get back into the project? Happy to provide more details.
