heyy, so we have some issues on the provider side here and they are handling it in the background. most likely your email isnt lost, its just stuck at delivery level and might take some time to reach us.

for now you can report the issue directly by dm'ing @DylanG

Hi @s3r6d9 , the issue has been resolved regarding the emails and you should be able to resend the report again. Please try resubmitting it and we'll confirm receipt of it
