API key without database.read/write

I had some issues with my previous API key and I deleted it then I wanted to create a new one and discovered the database checkbook has no database.read/write just policy.read, archive.read and the likes.

Please I need help

TL;DR
The developer needs assistance with creating a new API key as their previous one had issues. The current database checkbook only has policy.read and archive.read without database.read/write.
