Hello Appwrite Support Team,
My organization “Dreamo World Entertainment” currently shows an “Access Restricted” warning due to unpaid invoices. However, my billing dashboard indicates I have an active $50 credit already reflected under my Pro Plan.
It seems the credits have not been automatically applied to my outstanding invoice, which may be causing the system lock. Could you please:
- Manually apply my $50 credits to the pending invoice for this billing cycle (Sep 30–Oct 30, 2025), and
- Restore full access to my organization once the payment balance is cleared?
