I canceled my subscription since a few weeks ago and, Appwrite was still trying to pay me the amount for Pro plan for a few days cuz my card was out of fee.

Today, I recieved a message for Appwrite PRO plan fees. Then, I said no problem i'm gonna continue this month, But when i checked the console, I found that I'm on the FREE plan.

Summary

Developers experiencing issues with Appwrite Payments; subscriptions billed at end of month may cause confusion. One user unable to contact support due to free plan. Cancelled subscription only to be charged for Pro plan due to expired card. Appwrite continued to charge after cancellation. Solution: Contact support team via email provided in DM for assistance.
