Appwrite OVER CHARGING

Hello Appwrite Team, I'm about to make payment for Appwrite Billing but i'm seeing 30USD instead of 15USD, this is so confusing because, on the pricing page it was stated that Addon is part of Appwrite Pro but why are you charging me for addon

and i have already budgeted 15 USD, I DONT HAVE THE 30 USD
