Idk how i can fix that...
TL;DR
Developers experiencing MariaDB error after upgrade can try running the command `docker exec -it appwrite-mariadb mysql_upgrade -u root -p`. It is recommended to have regular backups of the database. 
Have you just upgrade?
If so running

docker exec -it appwrite-mariadb mysql_upgrade -u root -p
Can fix it
Remember to have regular backups of your database.
