Appwrite Cloud SDK Version - 14.0.0
It was working with createPhoneSession
TL;DR
Developers encountering error 404 for account.createPhoneToken due to Cloud not being updated. To resolve, use SDK version 13.0.2 until Cloud updates to 1.5.x. The function was working with createPhoneSession. 
Appwrite Cloud isn't updated to 1.5.x yet, you should try using the older version of the SDK (13.0.2) until Cloud gets the update
