does app write has anything like crash reporting?

Are you talking about self-hosted?

For Appwrite cloud it's not possible as it's a managed service

my app keep crashing on ios, i have done everything at my end to know why this is happening, my users are complaining too,

i'm a bit blinded here, so i need the crash to report what is happening so i can better fix it

Mmm In this case even if you had access it won't do that much
