appwrite phone authentication problem

In my app all the users which are using my app is not able to login with phone authentication, when user enter the phone no and simply process to get otp but unfortunately they don't have getting any otp from appwrite cloud,is there any problem in authentication credential?

What's the region where you're facing the issues?
