I accidentally clicked on Disable option in Documents section now I'm not able to revert this action. Now I'm getting Internal 500 Error when accessing the document
TL;DR
The user accidentally clicked on the disable option in the Documents section and is now unable to revert this action. They are receiving an internal 500 error when trying to access the document. A GitHub issue has been created for this problem. 
Are you self-hosting?
Or using Appwrite cloud solution?
And if you're self-hosting, what version are you on?
