Sometimes when a user creates a recovery (Within the activity log of the user it indeed shows 'recovery.create') no email is delivered.
I use SendGrid as smtp server, on SendGrid itself in the mail send log, the email for the recovery never shows up (So it is not that something goes wrong with sending the email or spam etc)
Whats even stranger is that a second or third attempt do actually succesfully send the reset email.
Would anyone be able to help me debug this?
