Limit Reached issue need urgent solutions

I have reached the limit in AuthPhone, but I am unable to use other database services such as simple CRUD operations , which do not require any user permission. I have not reached the limit of bandwidth, but I am still facing the issue. Kindly assist me with this matter.

Additionally, I am unable to sign in through the email OTP.
