There is a strange error in password recovery template or even the mail. The mail sending feature is not working at all. It sends the mail successfully but then the mail is not received at the user's end...

TL;DR
Developers are having issues with the password recovery emails in Zoho. They have set up an SMTP server but the emails are not being received by users. Suggestions have been made to check if a custom SMTP server is set up and if outlook or a similar program is being used.

I am using Zoho and I did setup the SMTP server in my console
