Unable to re register users after deletion in the console

I recently deleted some auth account on appwrite console and I'm trying to register but it's not working I need to register the user even after deletion.. how can this be resolved, even when i try creating the user in appwrite console using the deleted email, it does not work, it keeps writing user exists with the same email and id even when they are deleted.. Please how can this be resolved Thank you
