Unable to set unique index
Hello, I tried repeatedly, but I can't set a unique index to a string field in cloud. The error I hit was payment_method_not_found. Is this not available for free account?
TL;DR
Developers are having trouble setting a unique index to a string field in the cloud, resulting in a payment_method_not_found error. They questioned if this feature is unavailable for free accounts. 
What API call resulted in that payment method not found error?
I simply create the index from console
