Not sure why getting this error? Even though we are far fetch from reaching user limit, we are still in development phase possibly we would be have 5 account max...

TL;DR
Issue: Developer is receiving a 503 error message stating "Payment method not found" when trying to downgrade their organization plan. Solution: The error is due to billing limitations. To downgrade, the developer needs to change the plan back to "starter" in the billing tab of their organization. If the organization has multiple members, they will need to remove members before downgrading or upgrade to the Pro plan. It's also mentioned that free organizations cannot have more than one member. The developer is advised to check their organization's plan and make sure there is a valid payment method associated with it.

I see. I think your project might be marked as Pro. Free organizations cannot have more than 1 member. Most likely your organization ran under free trail until now.

Another possibility is that you started your organization before billing was added to Cloud.

Makes sense. Due to billing, its not possible to have free organization with multiple members. You will need to remove members from your organization to downgrade, or upgrade to Pro

oh, got it... atleast it should have been somewhere indicated in Dashboard or better automactially remove all the invites just keep the Owner would have been ideal approach as it caused confusion for a moement... no worries will try to remove memeber and see if it works or not

To downgrade, you need to change the plan back to starter in billing tab of your organization.

Thanks for the feedback, as Matej suggested, yes this is due to billing limitations, sorry it caught you by surprise we did send at least 3 emails about grace period being over soon and extended it by extra 14 days.

no worries thank you... can understand as Job might have run last night as remember today is 14 Feb...

btw as you came here just leaving feedback that we started our project with Appwrite... however in mid of the project we had to move to Supabase we started noticing that there is sever limitation related to Relationship as our project heavily needed it... Just leaving feedback that,

  1. Love appwrite because of how easy it is use the Auth & Storage compare to Supabase
  2. On other side Supbase Function have one edge as thier function as so ease to use.
