Why Appwrite is Slow Today
When I create a new attribute then it gives a PROCESSING tag
TL;DR
Appwrite is experiencing slow speeds today, causing delays in admin operations. This has happened before and typically lasts around 2 hours. During this time, creating a new attribute will show a "PROCESSING" tag. Give it about 45 minutes and the issue should be resolved. 
Backups occur daily. When this happens, admin operations can become blocked. Give it 45 minutes or so
Same again it just happened again on like morning and its already more than 2 Hrs
