There is a closed support thread about a broken relationship in a collection. The issue was closed because the user deleted the collection. There is a PR for a bugfix related to the issue. something weird might have happened with this document...this could be related to a bug where a document being linked to a document that doesn't exist causes some unexpected behavior.

you might have to delete the document and recreate it (if that's even possible)

or you can try to dig into the database to try and remove the bad link
