Hey there, since I switched from Windows to Ubuntu appwrite doesn't get install properly, at each installation it gives some error, and I had to reinstall it again and again, right now it says
Fatal error unable to create lock file: bad file descriptor (9)
Any suggestions please¿
Are you dual booting or is the file system shared with windows or something?
Does the /tmp folder exist and is it writeable by your user?
No, I have only Ubuntu. As for tmp directory, I had encountered such errors at my earlier installation attempt I don't recall the details now, however docker said I need to provide /tmp path in file File sharing section, when I did so appwrite did installed successfully but this appwrite-executor couldn't start and showing fatal error.
Same error still?
Yes, Should I reinstall it over again?
Have you tried starting docker and recreating your containers?
Like with up - d
command?
That only recreates the container. It doesn't restart docker
