I need help for invite my friend to an project, but I in localhost.

TL;DR
User is asking how to invite members to collaborate via IP. They ask if Radmin VPN can be used to make the server accessible. They apologize for their English and ask for clarification. Other users suggest port forwarding or getting a virtual private server. User reiterates they need help inviting their friend to a project hosted on localhost. Solution: User can try configuring port forwarding on their home network to make the server accessible. They can also consider getting a virtual private server for easier access.

The server needs to be accessible to your friend.

You can try to expose your server from your home network, but you'd need to configure port forwarding which might get complicated if you've never done it before.

People typically get a virtual private server so that it's accessible from the internet. Oracle has a generous free tier for ARM virtual machines.
